INSPIRING POSITIVE CHANGE THROUGH FOOTBALL IN LEICESTER, LEICESTERSHIRE AND RUTLAND
At the Leicestershire & Rutland County FA (LRCFA), our mission is to inspire positive change through football across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. Formed in 1886, we have a long-standing history of supporting, developing, and celebrating the grassroots game at all levels. As the governing body for football in the region, we are committed to ensuring the sport is inclusive, safe, and accessible for everyone.
Headquartered at Holmes Park, Whetstone, Leicestershire, we work closely with clubs, leagues, coaches, referees, players, and volunteers to provide the resources, guidance, and support needed to help individuals and communities thrive through football.
Our team leads the way in providing development opportunities, funding support, and education to help local football flourish. Through innovative projects and partnerships, we aim to grow participation, improve facilities, and create a welcoming environment.
From inspiring the next generation of players to promoting diversity and tackling discrimination, we are proud to lead the local football community with passion and purpose.
