Ideal Superpower: Teleportation - it would make holidays far more enjoyable without having to travel!

I became part of the young leaders because I want to enable young people to have a meaningful voice in the future of football as the predominant playing membership. One change I would like to see in grassroots football is for adults to act responsibly and allow children to fully enjoy their experience of the game.

I became a young leader because I want to work within the local community to develop football for young people. I'd also like to enable young people to take a greater voice within football decision-making.

I became a young leader because I want to make an impact in football and try to change the issues that I have experienced in football. I would also like to carry on looking at the transition from youth to open age football as well as improving the opportunities for young referees.

I became a young leader because I want to be able to provide young people with the opportunities and support that I was lucky enough to receive through sports when I was young. I would like to change people's perception of the power of sports to develop the person in the shirt, not just the player kicking the ball.
