Red Card Appeals

Specific timings and guidelines apply for red card appeals during the festive period. Please direct all communications to discipline@leicestershirefa.com.

Important: Appeals cannot be made for red cards issued for foul and abusive language (S6) or receiving two yellow cards in the same match (S7).

Timelines for Appeals

If your club is playing a game on 21st or 22nd December, you will need to act by the following dates:

• Monday 23rd December – Notify us via email (in the morning), make payment of the appeal fee, and submit all evidence by 5 PM.
• Friday 27th December – Appeal to be heard on this date.

For matches on the 26th December:

• Friday 27th December – Notify us via email, make payment of the appeal fee, and submit all evidence before 5 PM.
• Monday 30th December – Appeal to be heard on this date.

For matches on the 28th or 29th December:

• Tuesday 31st December – Notify us via email, make payment of the appeal fee, and submit all evidence before 5 PM.
• Friday 3rd January 2025 – Appeal to be heard in the afternoon.
