Shaun Waite, Football Development Officer (Participation) said: “This workshop has been designed as a result of feedback from leagues, which suggested this type of support would be welcomed.

“In the changing climate on the modern game, it’s becoming imperative that leagues plan for the long term to ensure the competitions which they provide are sustainable. This workshop will also provide opportunities to network and share ideas with other league volunteers who face similar challenges.”

The workshop is open to all grassroots league volunteers across Leicestershire and Rutland. To book, please email Shaun.Waite@LeicestershireFA.com, emailing your name, role, league name and contact information.

In addition, the Leicestershire & Rutland County FA has organised a number of workshops and training for league administrators throughout the season in a number of topic areas. For more information, please click here
