Club League Structures
Taking place on Thursday 12th March, 6:30pm – 9pm at Holmes Park, the County FA, in partnership with Club Matter, are delivering a free Legal Club Structure workshop.
It is important that clubs take the time to explore different legal structures available to them. By attending this workshop, you will gain an understanding of what structure is right for your club to enable success and stability in the future. This workshop will cover the following topic areas;
- The importance of your club structure
- An overview of different legal structures
- Top tips for becoming incorporated
- Selecting the best status for your club, including CASC, charities and CIO’s
- Getting to grips with gift aid
It is free to attend but with limited spaces available, bookings will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, so please act quickly to avoid disappointment. To book your space, please click here.
Note – If your club has already reviewed its legal structure and subsequently now set up with as a incorporated organisation and/or a charity or CASC, the content of this workshop may not be new. Having said this you are still welcome to attend the evening to share your learning with other clubs who are exploring this area of work.
