On Thursday 6^th July, in partnership with Leicester City Sports Turf Academy and Grounds Management Association, a successful evening was delivered to upskill the Groundskeeper community in their knowledge in the use of pith machinery.

The Regional Pitch Advisor took attendees through the basic of pitch machinery, alongside providing advise and guidance on what could be purchased to achieve maximum outcomes. Attendees were provided information on how they can apply for up £50k from the Football Foundation Grass Pitch Machinery and Equipment Grant, and were also able to speak to local suppliers to discuss options for their club.

Evenings such as this are invaluable to our local football community to help us all achieve a greater quality of grass pitch, which helps improve the environment for our players.
